“You take the blue pill the story ends; you wake in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes.” – Morpheus
“Welcome to the Real World!” – Morpheus
Aren’t there days in your life that you feel like you’re living in a dream of some kind? Some days it just doesn’t seem real. You wonder what it’s all about. You wonder if you’re living in the real world or if this is all just a dream. “Where am I going?” … you wonder to yourself. “What happens after this life?” you ask.
In the story (The Matrix), the key character is presented with a choice. Salvation was obtained by making the right choice. The situation as presented in the story is not unlike the situation today. In the real “Matrix” what choice will you make? There are only two.
The Blue Pill (The Big LIE)
The Red Pill (The Truth)
Get out a KJV Bible and let’s have a look what it says about the Red Pill.
The blue pill may seem easier to swallow because, quite frankly, this is just about all you have probably heard. This is the world’s way. It requires little in the way of independent thought. Just check your brain at the door and let religion tell you what to do and how to believe. It is, however, a deadly pill. It is based on lies and deception. It may look good, but anything leading to ultimate disaster can’t be good, can it?
The red pill, however, is the truth. To live eternally (in heaven) you need to do only this: Simply trust in what God has already done for you. The moment you do that you have eternal life as a present possession. That’s it! No religion. No tradition. No water ceremony. No religious acts of any kind.
God’s path to salvation is perfect. It’s also very simple. He stepped into his creation himself to secure that for you. He even left a written record and instructions so we can read it. When you think about it, would you want it any other way?
One way or the other you will live eternally; either in the lake of fire or in heaven. Blue pill or Red. The choice is all yours. Where you are 100 years from now will depend on this choice. Choose wisely.
